Multi-Sensor Device

MS (Mk3) Multi-Sensors can work as seismic sensors, tripwire sensors, external device activation units and repeaters. They detect and classify foot-born intruders and vehicles by seismic noise they produce during movement. These high performance sensors excel in detection performance, autonomy and versatility.

  • Installation - underground (30 – 50 cm)

  • Configurations - fully autonomous, hybrid, all-cable
  • Detection performance - human: up to 100 m, vehicle: up to 200 m

MS Multi-Sensor in Seismic Sensor Mode

Features:

  • Most simple detection – alarm is issued when target (human or vehicle) is detected within the circular detection zone of the sensor
  • Works in all ground conditions
  • No additional HW required – quick and simple installation

 

Information provided:

  • Alarm + classification (pedestrian / vehicle)
  • GPS coordinates of the alarmed sensor

 

MS Multi-Sensor in Tracking Sensor Mode

Features:

  • Most advanced detection – alarm is issued and a real track starts to draw on the screen when target (human or vehicle) is detected within the intersection of detection zones of at least two sensors;
  • Requires additional ES External Sensor to be attached to the basic MS Multi-Sensor

 

Information provided:

  • Alarm + classification (pedestrian / vehicle)
  • Real position – track copying target movement
  • Real speed of movement
  • GPS coordinates of the target

 

Compact Multi-Sensor Device

Compact Multi-Sensors offer similar functionality and same performance as traditional Multi-Sensors, but have been developed for rapid deployment and mobile applications. The sensors have an inbuilt rechargeable battery and are suitable for surface as well as underground installations. 

  • Installation - surface or underground (30 – 50 cm)
  • Operating modes - Seismic Sensor, Tripwire Sensor, Repeater, External Device Activation, Gateway
  • Configurations - fully autonomous
  • Detection performance - human: up to 100 m, vehicle: up to 200 m
  • Autonomy - up to 3 months (rechargeable battery)
